Everybody loves this place. It's got a water station on the outside in case you don't want to get all caffeinated. Plus it's right outside the big HEB parking lot in case you want to get big teas after shopping.

The worker at the drive thru around 7:45pm on 4/17 was really rude and showed he didn’t want to be there! From the second we ordered at the drive thru speaker his tone and attitude just showed how this interaction was going to be. He kept saying “what else, is that it, is that all” in a very aggravated tone. When we got to the window he was annoyed that we had a large bill so we had to use card instead, not a problem for us. He got our order wrong but it’s fine things happen, we weren’t being rude at all. We asked for a fresh gallon and he gave us old tasting tea, when we got our last items my mom told him “thank you have a good day” he proceeded to ignore her and slam the window shut! I’m not the type to leave reviews but this was crazy especially since we go here a lot, but after that I think we’ll stay away.

Wide variety of flavored teas. The staff is friendly and helpful. Service is fast and efficient. I can't wait to return to get another great drink and water with the good pebble ice.

This place has so many favors of tea as well as other items. You could buy it by the gallon and they will make the way you like it. If you need snacks they have it. If you need a carrier they have yetis in all sizes. The staff is friendly and ready to help.

This place is pretty cool. Never heard of this chain until I saw them building it. It has several teas to choose from and you can even mix and match them. Plus add fruit. They have a the small ice cubes. We are told it’s all used with a filtration system. They also sell yetis and bagged type snacks. You can earn points on an app for free stuff. And from 2-4pm it’s half price drinks. Definitely going back. I had the “Ryan Palmer” tea with a splash of blueberry tea. Hubby got the pink lemonade.
